Sometimes the best teachers can be our fellow youth leaders. Sit back and let the wisdom flow!
1. Sit in a circle and have your staff reflect on their time working in youth ministry; fond memories, difficult moments, and most importantly what they have learned.
2. Have each person share one of the biggest lessons they’ve learned working with youth. What did they learn and how did they learn it?

And that’s it! As a Youth Pastor I often felt like I had to be the one to provide wisdom to my staff at all times. But the reality is, they are just as wise as I am. Give your staff a chance to take the lead. You might be surprised, you could learn something too!
